TumbleBook Library is an online collection of animated talking picture books which teach young children the joys of reading in a format they’ll love. Tumble Books are created by adding animation, sound, music and narration to existing picture books in order to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you in English, French, Spanish or Chinese. Then you can play games and puzzles based on the stories. The TumbleBook Library has a selection of children’s favourite story books. Old time favorites such as "The Paper Bag Princess" by Robert Munsch, as well as favourite fairy tales such as "Jack and the Beanstalk" and "Old Mother Hubbard" come to life in an educational and interactive way.
Now older students can read from the growing collection of children's classics such as “Black Beauty”, “Alice in Wonderland” and “Anne of Green Gables.” Our Tumble Readables collection includes an innovative text size slider which allows the reader to adjust the text size which is right for him/her, making reading online fun and accessible. Tumble Readables includes a growing collection of read-along titles which feature narration, sentence highlighting, and automatic page turning.
